Don't wait to long booking your Accessible Vacation / Costa Rica Accessible Group

Don't wait too long booking your Accessible Vacation
We have seen a huge uptick in last-minute booking requests now that the US has lifted the requirement that travelers from abroad must test negative for COVID-19 within a day before boarding a flight to the US.

After so long of not being able to travel, many people are now trying to book their accessible hotels, transfers, and /or tours (mostly less than a month prior to traveling) only to find that availability is very limited, or there is no availability at all.
We would recommend trying to book your accessible vacation as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Also, many airports are struggling with the high number of people traveling, and at the moment many airports recommend being at the airport about 4 hours prior to your departure time for International flights. Please check with your airline prior to traveling what the recommendation is for the airport you are traveling from.

Portrait of Travelers with Disabilities Study

Please participate in the 2022 Portrait of Travelers with Disabilities Study

Hello,

Today, I am extremely proud to announce that our organization has partnered with one of the country's leading travel industry research companies, MMGY Global, to field a ground-breaking survey profiling travelers with disabilities, specifically those of us who use mobility devices such as wheelchairs, canes, and more And, I am asking for your help.

Please click through below and take our 15-minute online survey to help us better understand your valuable perspectives on travel. We are interested to hear from travelers who use wheelchairs or other mobility aids when traveling as well as those of you who are caretakers or travel companions for these travelers. The research we do together can have a meaningful impact and can help us all to create a more connected and inclusive travel community. I would really appreciate your help and support.

As a thank you for your time and insights, we're randomly selecting several winners from those who complete the survey, each of whom will receive an exciting prize. We thank these two organizations for their involvement and support. Please see terms and conditions at the following link.

Thank you in advance for taking your time to complete this survey. I truly appreciate you.

With gratitude,

Amy Jukes
